Medical Director: Dr. John Dermigny

Dr. Dermigny is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a board-certified family physician with special interest in weight loss.  He has practiced in Florida, New York for over twenty years and is on staff at ORMC and St. Anthony's hospitals.

Dr. Dermigny has offered the OPTIFAST program since 2005

Gerilyn Sestok,  MSW, LCSW-R

Gerilyn received her Masters of Social Work at Hunter School of Social Work in New York City.  She has been a psychiatric social worker for 19 years at local hospitals and in private practice.  She is presently completing the 3rd year of a 4 year study at the Institute of Core Energetics in NYC.

Dolly Conklin MS, RD, CDN
Dolly  recieved her bachelors in nutrition from Cornell University and her Masters from the University of Washinton.  She counsels clients for nutrition and weight loss in the private practice as well as at ORMC.  In her spare time she enjoys farming, cycling and traveling to warm places.

Nurse Practitioner:  Heidi Jackson

Heidi Jackson is a certifieid Family Nurse Practitioner and recieved her Bachelor and Masters degrees in nursing from Florida State University.    She enjoys the OPTIFAST program and the opportunity to guide people toward a healthy lifestyle and diet.
