2) Transition (weeks13-18): in this
"regular" food is gradually reintroduced into the diet. This
is always healthy fare and is built upon the good habits developed
in the Full Formula phase. |

3) Maintenance: We encourage participants to
stay with the product as a healthy alternative to typical American
high-calorie dining. Many patients have managed to keep their
weight off using only 2 nutritious snacks daily in addition to a
calorie controlled meal. |

Science is at the heart of successful weight loss
and our initial entry physical includes an EKG, standard lab tests,
a calorimetric measuring of body metabolism and a body composition
analysis to track your progress. Blood tests (usually covered
by insurance) are also an important safety feature. |

"Weigh in" is held Thursday evening between 6:30
and 7:00 PM. The Group Session starts at 7:00 PM and lasts
about thirty minutes.. |
